Product Description : Cost-Effective Sound-Reducing Drywall for Residential Applications

QuietRock® 510 is a 1/2-inch sound-reducing drywall panel designed for cost-effective sound control in residential new construction, renovations, and remodeling projects. Part of the Quiet® family of sound control products, QuietRock 510 installs and finishes like standard gypsum panels with no special tools required. It can also be installed over existing walls, making it an ideal solution for improving sound isolation without demolition.

QuietRock 510 outperforms common residential sound reduction methods, including multiple layers of gypsum panels, fiberboard, or insulation. The panel is UL Classified and can be used as an additional layer in fire-resistance-rated assemblies.
